Energy Surveys

As part of our commitment to offering outstanding service, we provide energy surveys to all of our industrial customers. Our aim is to identify areas on-site that have high energy usage, we will then investigate ways of reducing the energy used.

The audit looks at factors such as; wattage of the equipment, the running hours, the running temperature, the mineral lubricant currently used, the cost of the lubricant, and the costs of electricity per kw. in order to identify any areas where savings can be made.

Once these factors have been established, your energy specialist will feed the data into our energy calculator, which will calculate the cost of energy and mineral lubricant currently used, and then compare the cost of synthetic lubricants and energy cost saved by changing to a synthetic. We can then tell you how much you could save in £’s and energy, and how long the pay back would be.

Our customers can often significantly cut costs by changing from a mineral lubricant to a synthetic lubricant.
