General Aviation Lubricants
Our general aviation lubricants are a technically advanced blend of both synthetic and mineral-based oils and greases.
They have proprietary additive package to control wear and are particularly suitable for meeting the needs of recreational aircraft that typically sit on the ground for days between uses and are thus susceptible to rust and corrosion.
Elite 20W-50
ExxonMobil's quality line of general aviation lubricants is led by Elite 20W-50 – a technically advanced blend of synthetic and mineral-based oils.
It was formulated with a proprietary additive package to control wear and is especially suitable for recreational aircraft that typically sit on the ground for days between uses, thus susceptible to build-up of rust and corrosion.
The product – the first new aviation oil formulation for piston-engine aircraft to appear on the market in a decade – was introduced in the United States in 2000.
Exxon general aviation lubricants include:
- Aviation Oil Elite 20W-50 – semi-synthetic, multi-grade, ashless-dispersant oil
- Aviation Oil EE – ashless-dispersant mono-grade mineral oils
- Aviation Oil – non-dispersant mono-grade mineral oils
