Helen's primary responsibility is to manage and develop the
“STAR” Oil Condition Monitoring programme and, in addition,
offer a wide range of technical service roles – including
Equipment Builder (EB) /Original Equipment Builder (OEM) and
replacement grade recommendations, advice on energy savings
and the benefits of synthetic oils.

Ally is a Mechanical Engineer with a qualification in Process Plant Engineering, and is a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management. He has 20 years engineering experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

responsibility is to implement customer on-site coolant and
lubrication management programmes. Support services include
condition monitoring of machine tools, coolant sample
analysis, and new-product development trials.
