Having joined the group in 1997, Simon has been predominantly involved with the lubricants business for seven years. Simon has a BA degree in Hospitality Management from University in Glasgow.

Rachel Kirk
Customer Service Consultant

Based in the Inverness Sales Office, Rachel’s responsibility is to provide value added business solutions to our customers and channel partners.  She also supports the external CRM sales team members from the office. Joining the company in 2007, Rachel has come from a background in customer service and has previously gained a degree in Business Management.

Frances Beveridge
Customer Service Consultant

Based in the Inverness office, Frances’s responsibility is to provide value added business solutions to our customers and channel partners. She also supports the external CRM sales team members from the office. Frances joined the Highland Fuels group in 2003 and having worked in the fuels department for the past few years transferred to The Lubricant Company in January 2009. Frances has a Music Teaching Diploma having qualified from Aberdeen College.

Elaine Dunn
Administrative & Customer Support

Based in Inverness, Elaine provides valuable administrative support to both the internal and external Customer Relationship Managers, whilst at the same time offering a first class service to our customers and business partners. Elaine joined The Lubricant Company in 2008, having previously worked in the fuels business with Highland Fuels. Elaine has a BSc (Hons) in Science with Management Studies from University in Edinburgh.

Liz McGinn
Projects Manager

As Projects Manager, Liz oversees a range of projects, working with colleagues, customers and suppliers to maximise efficiency and profitability for all concerned. Based in our East Kilbride office, Liz joined The Lubricant Company in 2003 working in a financial role but has developed her skills over the years to assist in various areas within the business from marketing through to sales.

Tricia MacAulay
Lubricant Support Manager

Tricia's responsibility is to manage the North Sales office. Overseeing administration functions and internal business processes, whilst also supporting the external sales team. Tricia joined the group over 20 years ago and has been involved with the lubricants business for the last 10 years. Prior to this she worked in various functions within the group covering accounts & fuel sales and was involved in the supervision of IT systems in the company.

Julie has over a decade of business-to-business marketing experience, graduating in 1999 from Stirling University with a BA (Hons.) degree in Marketing.
